ZIEBEN MARE POLICIES
Shipping Orders: We charge a minimum $20 standard shipping and handling fee for all orders placed in the United States. Orders received before 2pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped that day provided we have the merchandise in stock and all the correct billing and shipping information from the customer. Orders placed after 2pm are subject to next day processing due to UPS pick up times. UPS is our shipping provider of choice.
RETURNS: WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, however we will accept eligible items for store credit/exchange when received within two weeks of date of mail delivery. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. Merchandise must be received in original, new condition with tags and vendor packaging if applicable. Tags must be attached, and all items in new, unworn or unaltered condition (includes make-up & deodorant stains, perfume, smoke, chip, cracked or damaged). Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and shipping fees will not be refunded.
SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE.
Once we receive your return, we will process, and send you a gift card. Once you receive the gift card, you will be able to use it towards any future purchase online or in-store.

*Please note, while we do our best to update available merchandise daily, please understand that it’s sometimes possible to purchase an item that is actually out of stock because it sold that same day in the store. When this happens, we will do our best to get you the item or refund your purchase.
We prefer that you ship with UPS or FEDEX.

*Zieben Mare is not responsible for any mis-shipments. Should the customer enter the wrong address when returning a package or in their original shipment to their address, it is the responsibility of the customer to track their package.
